Morning, swamp. It is storming and raining here. I will do absolutely nothing today, just hang in front of the television and read a bit. Enjoy your last day of this year.

Good morning Ingrid, Judi, Tom, arubanik and all.
Left hip ache said it was more comfortable to get up, sit up.
Another chilly morning in Florida at 46F/8C. Ready to duck out and get the morning paper...sweatshirt on this morning.
Have a good one and let's be careful out there!

Good morning, I bet Ronnie has at least one more wake up in him before midnight  Another beautiful, cold day here. I'll venture out a little later and do some visiting.

Good morning. Dang! It's cold outside! Not going anywhere today. Sure hope the folks going to outdoor celebrations tonight are taking all the right precautions!

Have a great day!

Saturday, December 30, 2017, 7:13 PM - As record-breaking Arctic airfloods into Ontario this New Year's Eve, paramedics are expecting a spike in cold injuries related to alcohol.

Toronto Paramedic Services superintendent of operations Steve Krasl says it's best to avoid alcohol altogether if planning on spending time outdoors this New Year's Eve.

"Alcohol increases the blood flow throughout your body. The increased blood flow will contribute to body heat loss at a much greater rate when drinking any alcohol," he told The Weather Network. "As a result of that, frostbite may develop much quicker in a person who is intoxicated than someone who is not." Who knew
