We are hosting Easter dinner on Sunday. My niece Erin and BF Andrew are coming for sure. Brother Mike hasn't gotten an answer from his GF yet .... I told him to come with or without :lol Making a smoked ham and working on the sides. What are you all doing?

We will be heading over to SIL, will probably take cookies with us. Might make Hot Crossed buns as I love them toasted but so far haven't gotten a recipe I really like.

We are staying home. Not sure what I'm cooking, but it will not be ham. Neither of us are very fond of it.

Our youngest son will be 30 on Saturday...he's coming over on Easter Sunday.
So, we'll celebrate his b'day then. Hopefully, it will be a nice day and he & Tom can
grill steaks outdoors. Finger's crossed!

I have a friend from Belgium coming over on Saturday. She will stay the night. I will be making slow roasted meat. She returns home on Sunday. That evening our eldest will come for dinner. We are planning beer can chicken, fries and coleslaw. Icecream with strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.

My son Andy is flying in Thursday and will be here thru next Tuesday. Chances are good we will go for a walk in one of the parks Sunday if the weather is decent. No special food or other plans.

I think we're going to Tommy's sister's house in Massachusetts for Easter dinner. I'm waiting to hear from her to see what I need to make. I know I'm definitely making lemon bars in addition to whatever else she needs. I have a great recipe for them.

We are going to Baltimore for the weekend and will be driving back home on Sunday.

Maybe we will have a delicious Easter dinner at McDonald's.

I found a make-ahead mashed potato dish online and decided to make it. While browsing the monkey recipes I saw that Teri had posted the same recipe awhile back with a few additions/revisions.

I’ve always wanted to try that make ahead potato one but thought it may taste too rich. My family is basic meat and potatoes.

I’d love the tried and true Oriental salad Deb. Lemon bars sound good too Kristin.
