My buddy really loves Chill Beer and can not come to the island this year. I wanted to surprise him by bringing back a case of the beer in my checked bag. Is this allowable and has anybody safely transported a case back without leakage. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :D :D

I have never put it in my checked luggage, but I buy it at duty free at the airport and carry it on the plane with me. Never had an issue.

I do the same every year...nice and easy you buy at duty free store and they give you a receipt to pick it up near the gate areas and bring it as additional carry-on.

We used to buy a decent-prized Scotch at the airport.
In many years, we were visiting Sint Maarten and found their prices better than AUA. Cruises, of course.
Never tried to bring beer out of Aroooba. Try a 6-pack, skip the case...that would be my suggestion.
