Another person has passed away from covid-19, bringing the total number of fatalities to 50 so far.
Today there were 110 cases (109 residents and 1 non-resident) diagnosed since yesterday's numbers were released, and 20 patients marked "recovered", so there are now 429 active cases.
892 people were tested since yesterday, including 495 at the airport on arrival and 397 at the hospital or private labs. In total, 69,522 people have been tested, including 42,198 at the airport.
At the hospital, there are 5 patients in the ICU and 8 patients in the "covid ward".
Notes: - Curfew from 11pm to 5am remains in effect until at least 7 January; businesses must all close by 10pm. Hotel and timeshare businesses and guests are excepted; guests don't necessarily need to be in their rooms at that time, but they must be on the property. If you have any questions, please speak with your front desk.
