I actually do follow the numbers daily where I Live and in a province with 979,351 according to Siri, we have 3 new cases today with 25 active cases. I’ll be staying home for awhile yet keeping my 90yo mother safe, she lives alone and I visit weekly. Hopefully she will get a vaccine in the coming months as a priority for her age. I’ve been going to Aruba since ‘92 and yes I’ve missed 2 cancelled trips, hopefully 2021 will be better. I don’t do Facebook and enjoy one stop shopping here on the board.
I have No issues with Bryanz taking breaks for vacation and family  he always comes back as long as there are numbers to report. Hope he sticks around when there are no numbers to report.

You know that you can just scroll by without reading it or commenting about it, just like any other subject you feel is useless.

i am here now and i still check the numbers. this is my second trip since covid. in November there were only 73 cases. yes the numbers are higher but I still feel safe here, safer than at home where im sure not everyone was tested and negative a few days earlier.

If anyone is worried about being here than you shouldn't come. but those that are not, yes come, its amazing, not crowded, everyone is so happy that we are here. but of course do your part to protect yourself and others around you

We have been here almost two weeks, and couldn't agree with you more!

We are planning to go the end of March for our normal two weeks. The numbers are good to know, but didn't influence our decision.
