Unfortunately, another person has passed away, bringing the total of covid-related deaths to 16.

89 people (all residents) tested positive since yesterday, and 56 have been marked as "recovered", so there are now 1,396 active cases on the island.

302 people in total were tested since yesterday, 208 residents and 94 at the airport.

There are now 34 patients in the "covid" ward, and 11 in ICU.

Seeing that Aruba has a population of about 107,000 16 deaths as sad as that is is not bad as is only 11 in the ICU.

Dr AJ believes there is a large segment of the population that you could put in the Covid ICU and they wouldn't get it nor transmit it to others. Reminds me of the Brad Pitt movie World War Z.
