St Martin just pushed their opening to the US by 10 days out of concern of the spike in United States positive cases. There's at least one island requiring a test before entry and mandating it be done within 48 hours of arrival.

If you all took the time to investigate you would know that the EDcard has the home address. The administrators were not born yesterday.

Well, that's a relief. Thank goodness no one could ever figure out a way around _that_ restriction...

If someone wants to come to Aruba, and the government said only NY, NJ, and Connecticut residents could come - do you really believe wanna be visitors from Florida or Arizona are going to say, I guess I'll just cancel my trip for now? Or do you think that maybe they'd "mis type" their state of residence into the form?

edited to add: I am pointing this out because I don't think limiting travel based on originating state will be practical or useful. The US is a big, relatively open country, with a lot of inter-state movement. So I think (as apparently for now, so does the Aruba government) that it should be all or nothing on a per-country basis.
