Was surprised to see a trip report posted by Arubadan. I wasn't aware that Aruba was allowing incoming flights.
That's great news. Also many thanks to Ann for keeping the board updated.

Enjoyed reading both reports.

No incoming flights since March except for picking up those who want to leave the island. I admire Arubadan’s fantasy

We are pretty disappointed not to be able to be there this year, but at least I can think I am there in my head! The weather and work sucks, so I need to get through it some how. First time in 25 years not on the island this time of year.

I am with you! I try not to think to often about it, but sometimes it crosses my mind and I feel really sad.

Arubadan sure went to a lot of trouble to make up that report - enjoyed the fiction anyway. We still have hope that things will get back to normal for our trip in September.

I enjoyed your trip report Arubadan. We need your next installment. It is a very hard pill to swallow knowing the annual trip is not to be. I held onto hope as long as I could. :) I look forward to reading everyone’s trip reports when they do arrive on the island.
