These numbers just showed up (9/4/2020 @1:00 pm) on the Aruba Government FB site:

Total tested: 1006
Negative: 926
Positive: 82
Recovering: 20
Fatalities: 0
"Caso Activo": 62

These are taken right from the site. They do not add up and I don't know why.
There is no info on the 'peak' which seems to be an important stat in the US.

I believe they do not add up because 2 people had to be retested because of a inconclusive result. They did have 2 days in a row about a week ago with no cases but over the last few days the totals have started to climb faster.

The curve in Aruba is flattening. The government will be doing more tests even to those showing no symptoms but are suspect. There are no fatalities in Aruba. All those arriving in Aruba on flights will be in a 14 day mandatory quarantine. The number of ICU beds have increased by 12 to a total 33 ICU beds thanks to the help of the Netherlands. There are only 3 people still in ICU at the hospital. I think Aruba is managing the crisis quiet well.

Aruba figures as of April 13th 2020.

92 positive cases
32 recovered
60 active cases

1,147 people were tested (1% of the Aruban population).
103 people are still in quarantine
3 people are in ICU
0 fatalities

No positive cases in Aruba in the last two days. Lockdown is working!

I think we should look for a possible reopening somewhere in May. The government wants to still monitor the trend before making a decision. Once everything is under control the reopening will first happen internally, by softening the lockdown measures, which will allow people to go about their daily lives. However social distancing will become the new normal, and a gathering ban will remain effective.

A reopening of the border is being considered. Testing at the border entry are one of the ongoing discussions.

I'm wondering how Aruba will protect itself from people entering the country who have the virus...

Sad news. This morning Aruba registered its first COVID-19 fatality. A patient in ICU of 79 years old passed away this morning. More information on figures will be announced later. Stay tuned.
