Has anyone tried flying into aruba on one airline and flew home on another? Were there any issues with that?

Nope. However, when checking-in for the flight to Aruba, the desk agent wanted to see proof that we have booked a return flight. The itinerary from the other airline for the return flight sufficed.

All you need is proof of a return ticket, Aruban officials don't care what airline, just that you will not be staying past your allotted time.

I do it often. No problem...as stated, bring a copy of your return info as the airline agent who checks you in on the USA end will need to see it. Likely will not be able to do a complete kiosk check in as someone needs to verify you have a return flight. The airlines are responsible ....Aruba will not verify.

We may have to do it that way this year, only 5 weeks till our trip and we have been holding out for a decent fare. Getting a bit nervous.
