Don't remember any fires like that recently. Thanks for posting the pictures Amy!

We met Ivette & Patrick prior to opening at Playa Linda and from then on. Amuse is one of our favorites for dining. This is terrible and saddens us!

What I find interesting is the line...............and remain silent about the facts that caused this devastating accident until further notice". Sounds very mysterious.

I thought the same thing.

Yes fishy - considering that they were looking for a new chef (don't know if the old chef quit or was fired), they recently starting closing the restaurant on Sundays, and some recent reviews were negative (watered down drinks, food that tasted like it was frozen). Assume that remaining silent means that an investigation is ongoing.

Does anybody know if Amuse owned the property or just rented?
