Just heard from friends that the Hyatt concierge recommended a new restaurant named "The Library"
Does anyone have any info or news about it?

We went to the Lobby last September - here's the review I had posted:

09/09/2018 - The Lobby

This is a new place situated near Papillion - it's where Senor Frog used to be. It’s very upscale looking attractive restaurant with plenty of seating indoors and out. We decided to sit indoors & were seated at a comfy cushioned semi-circle booth. The limited meat selection is priced on the high side with an 8 oz Filet Mignon at $47.50, Rack of Lamb at $49.50, and a 32 oz Tomahawk Rib Eye at $145. We both decided on the Norwegian Halibut at $32.50. The main courses don't come with any sides, so we ordered mixed vegetables (was only julienned string beans) at $9.50 and Truffle French Fries at $7.50. DW had a Aruba Ariba & I had a Manhattan. We each had a glass of Pinot Noir with dinner. Everything was OK except that the Halibut was not Halibut. We both love Halibut & have had it many times, but this wasn't it. It wasn't firm with that brilliant white color, but soft & squishy with an off-white color. So, in Aruba, they don't play this game only with Grouper. We won't be going back.

I haven't seen any other reviews on this BB & don't if anything's changed with this restaurant.

Wow. This place seems expensive and you don't get much for your money. The rack of lamb is around $40. at Waters Edge and it comes with decent sides and it is delicious. And paying for halibut but getting what seems like crap fish is fraud, pure and simple. And paying for it is just a slap in the face.
Thanks for revisiting your review, comet07. It was helpful to me. I won't go to this place either.

I checked the Lobby's menu & the prices look the same - here's link to menu:

http://www.lobbyaruba.com/menu/

I forgot to mention the drink prices at the Lobby - I had referred to them in my review of Chophouse to compare the prices:

09/10/2018 - The Chophouse

We had a wonderful dinner at the Chophouse - DW said it was a 10. We went on Lobster night (as we usually do) which is on Mondays. DW had the grilled lobster tail and I had the Churrasco steak (it was one of the best I've had in Aruba). We had 2 drinks and 4 glasses of wine. Music was very pleasant. Just to compare some prices from the previous night at the Lobby: 8 oz Filet Mignon at Lobby was $47.50 - at Chophouse was $30. My Manhattan at Lobby was $14.25 - at Chophouse it was $8 (and it was better), DW's Aruba Ariba at Lobby was $12.50 - her Margerita at Chophouse was $8.50. We'll definitely return.
