I have not been there since last January. Headed back Jan 25 for 3 week. Did get the below reply from Kevin the GM about the sale roomers. Let us know when you decide to go.

Thank you for your email. Thank you for choosing us as your vacation destination. Holiday Inn Resort Aruba (or Intercontinental Hotels, Atlanta Georgia) does not own the property. We (IHG) lease the property from Pristine Group. Our lease is until January 2024.

As of now, there has not been ANY notification from Pristine to IHG nor Holiday Inn Resort Aruba to state otherwise.

steve, hope your wife is doing good after that surgery.
I had both of my knees replaced; one in 2003 and the other in 2005. Surgery's done in June of each year, and I was walking the beaches in the D.R. and Bermuda in October. And my knees are still holding up quite well. Beach walking is great rehab, so I hope you both will do plenty of it.
Today's surgery is somewhat different, and better, than when I had it. I "know" that your wife will appreciate it once she gets through the rehab process.
Good luck, and enjoy Aruba again. We'll be there before you (Dec.) and again after you (May). Staying at the Hyatt.

thanks for the words of encouragement. I told her that would be the best rehab plus being in Aruba doesn't hurt either
