First want to apologize to the Administrators if this topic does not belong in the general Q&A.
Own at the Marriott Ocean Club, this year we will not be using our units, we will have friends from NY using them. What is the procedure and who would I contact to give our friends name instead of ours when they check in?

Here's a toll free number to the Marriott Ocean Club Reservations Department. 1-844-631-0595. Hopefully there will be a CSR available to take care of everything needed to make that transition a smooth one, eh?
If not then be sure to have them connect you to someone there who can.

Or you can call Marriott directly, email them from the website or use chat. Just add them to the reservation so they can check in. You can add any requests at the same time if needed. If you leave your rewards number on it and mainly in your name, you'll still get credit for the stay in all likelihood.
