Was wondering if anyone knew if most restaurants allow you to bring your own wine and pay a corkage fee?

I know Madam Janettes $35 and Tango Argentine $25 do. Was wondering about:

Moomba Beach

Daniels

Fishes and More

Giannis

Amore Mio Pizzeria

I've done it at El Gaucho, the Hyatt sushi place, and a few others. I always call and ask first because policies change.

Great question. Hope other answer as well.

If I have a special bottle then that is had either on my balcony at night or on the beach late afternoon/evening. I carry a cork screw so my corkage fee is $0.

In fact I will personally open up any of your wines for $0. I will also taste your wine to make sure it's good.

Let me get this straight.....remember the howls of anguish here over the optional $1 cost of drinking water which went to a local do-gooder group and no one is upset about paying $$$ to have your own bottle of booze opened? Hmmm.....
If I have to walk around with my favorite bottle it just might be time to get some help.
What's next?????"Must have" salad dressing?

Wonder what it would cost to bring your own food to restaurants. Say you are in the mood for Italian but like the Mexican restaurant location. What would be the "food fee"
