I was once told 48 hours so that's what I did. I also printed it for all 4 in our party and we were sent downstairs while everyone else was filling theirs out.

I'm not sure about the time frame, you can check the link and ask questions, you do need to have your passport, airline ticket and accommodation reservation handy.

We have been doing that process for awhile now. I find it easier to just do it at home than filling out the form on the plane. This way it is done and over with.

Also having a copy of the ED form with your passport always gets us directed to go through the automated process (Aruba Happy Flow I think it is called) and not wait in the lines for the immigration officer. Of course your passport is not being stamped which some people like to have a record of. It comes down to a matter of personal preference.

I fill mine out as soon as I purchase my ticket so that I don't forget so it's often months in advance.
