Depends on your airline/airport. Delta has a huge presence in Minneapolis so when flying first class with Delta they have their own "Sky Priority" lane at TSA for those who are flying first class or are Delta Medallion members and do not have TSA pre-check.

At MSP there are 4 different TSA lines - general, TSA pre-check, Delta Sky Priority, and CLEAR.

I would contact your airline (call their local number at the Boston airport) and ask them.

I'm flying from Logan on JetBlue this Friday. I don't believe there are any special accomodations with security unless you have pre-check. I always make sure I'm there at least 90 mins ahead of boarding time to make sure I get through without stress. You don't go through customs until you get to Aruba. Have a great trip!

When you go to ticket counter to check bags there is a first class line that will speed bag check process.

Then while facing the ticket counter go to the second security screening line to the left.
Go about 100 yards past the first on and you will see signs guiding you to TSA pre check if you have a pre check #. If not then any of the standard lines as there is no first class line in Boston.

I think it might depend on which terminal you use. I am pretty sure I saw a separate line for business/first last time I flew out of Logan.
Best bet might be to contact the airline.
