Elements would do it. The site is elementsaruba.com. They will set you up right on Eagle Beach.

Passions is a very nice setting right on the beach. The food has been a little inconsistent. Never really bad though. I have reserved a few weeks in advance for our November trips with no problem.

Look into the Water's Edge ("at 12 Degrees North") at the Costa Linda. Beautiful sunset views either in the sand or on the deck/patio or inside with nice breezes, nice ambiance, extensive menu, great food, nice, friendly service, quiet, won't break the bank, might be some live music, plenty of parking, Roy (owner) and Edwin (manager) will set things up very special for you.
Happy anniversary!

Ricardo's at Aruba Beach Club is a really nice beach dinner. Not crazy expensive and the food and service are very good. Call ahead (the week of) if you want them to set up a table on the beach.

Passions is our first choice - romantic tables on the beach - we usually eat here at least once a year. We also just dined at Elements this past January in their private cabana on the beach - another great place for a celebration with a beautiful view. And if money is no object, the Morning Star's private dinner cruise (we did this for our anniversary one year and it was worth every penny.)

Thanks for the input. We are not real fancy eaters just good basic food. I will check out the restaurants and their menus.

We typically have a meal at Atardi at the Marriott Hotel. We have been pleased with the quality of food and service. We ate at Passions a couple of years ago and were disappointed with several parts of the meal. I remember ordering a very pricey bottle of wine from the menu and not having that same bottle brought to the table.
