Does anyone know if you can use your Starbucks app on your phone to make a purchase at the Starbucks at Renaissance Mall?

I don't know the answer to your question, but if you don't mind, I'm going to piggy back onto your thread. Does anyone know if Starbucks Gift Cards can be used in Aruba? We have a bunch, and I just realized that we could use a few for a couple of easy/free breakfasts while there. There's one close to the Holiday Inn, where we'll be staying this summer. Thanks.

All I can say is that no gift cards are accepted at Dunkin so I would assume the same goes for Starbucks....nor, would they accept my regular Dunkin Donuts card.

I sent these questions through the Starbucks Aruba Facebook page. I'll let you know if/when I get answers.

I finally got a response back from their Facebook page:

Unfortunately we are not part of the Starbucks App Program and their Gift Card. We have our own Starbucks Gift Card program. If you have the app, and if you show this to our barista at the time of your order, they give you a 10% discount. We have 4 locations; Renaissance Mall, Renaissance Marketplace, Paseo Herencia and in the lobby of the Marriott.

Bummer.

The app they mention is it different then the regular Starbucks app? I have that one. I searched the App Store and couldn’t find one specific to Aruba.
