strepinan di cayanan - tambe markanan di cas nobo
e jonkuman ta crece dia pa dia
e laman ta keda mesun cos
blow y bunita
light blow ta bira skur
e skur ta su profundidad

awacerunan a cay

TRANSLATION AND EXPLANATION

Mother ocean and Father earth

I fly high and I look at where the sea kisses the land
It is a kiss of red, white and blue
A young mans green beard is made of the coco plams that line the coast
His body is the red earth
Over time, he gets the creases marking the pasing of time
Creases of streets - and also marks of new homes
The young man grows day by day
The sea is consistent
Blue and lively
Light blue becomes dark
A darkness that marks the depth and profundity

Today it rained
Water fell from the heavens
The young man became greener
His marks worsen
Little by little he cries
His tears go into the sea in a red color

That is the order of nature
A kiss
Crying
Tears that are a part of our earth

bleed into the sea during an eternal moment

Mother ocean is happy
Father earth feels the same

It is nothing more than a little story of what happens to our island when it rains. On Aruba the earth (soil) washes into the sea. Poetic license makes it what it is.
The title is a joke
