Architecture Acqua Condominium

October 1st 2008, Aruba.

PALM BEACH-After the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of Acqua Condominium not
too long ago, the management of what is to be the most luxurious condominium complex in Aruba
to date celebrated the completion of the foundation for the first tower of the project on Tuesday.

Over 100 cement trucks poured 750 square meters of concrete last Tuesday, creating the
foundation of the tower named Acqua Sabbia. Acqua Sabbia is the main tower of the project, and
is located to the East. Acqua Condominium is being constructed on the lot next the Marriott Aruba
Surf Club.

"'This is a historic moment, and certainly a start of a project that will benefit the development of
Palm Beach and surrounding areas. This project will bring a unique ambiance and luxury to the
strip", says developer Norman Helmeyer.

Acqua Condominium consists out of three towers of 14 floors each with a total of 544 units. The
units are selling in record time, 20 percent of the units are already sold. The location of the
project on Palm Beach, and the attractive sale price for many of the units, makes the project an
easy sell.

Sewage and water pipes were placed on the property in the last months. Electricity, television,
telecommunication and internet cables were recently placed underground, ready to supply the three
towers when completed.

A large number of construction workers are working around the clock to have the project
completed in record time. The construction of Acqua Condominium will take two and a half years,
with an expected completion date in late 2010. All three towers will be constructed in one phase.
